Sports & Fitness Regathering

We are excited to announce that the Sports & Fitness Center will be opening on Monday, June 15!

Please be flexible with us as we strive to regather with excellence. We understand how important it is to follow health guidelines and we will be implementing new practices to ensure a healthy and safe environment.

Fitness Center Regathering Dates and Hours.

Our facility will open on Monday, June 15 and will be on our summer hours. Monday- Friday 6am-8pm, Saturday 7am-NOON, closed on Sundays. 

During our initial phase of regathering, we will be lowering facility capacity to 33% and will be available only to cardholders and their guests 14 and older.

In order to keep you safe, you may see rooms closed for temporary cleaning.

Sports - Adult Sports & Youth Sports, when will we resume?

Youth Baseball and Girls Softball will resume the week of June 15.

Adult Coed and Men's Softball and Adult Sand Volleyball will resume the week of June 29.

Indoor Girls Volleyball league has been canceled for the 2020 season.

What is the Sports & Fitness Ministry doing to keep me safe?

We will be maintaining a facility that adheres to social distancing rules.

  •          Limited capacity to ensure proper social distance space while you work out.
  •          Minimal touchpoints, including new check in protocols.
  •          All gathering spaces will be closed, including food court and any common areas.
  •          No towel service will be available.
  •          Daily temporary room closures to clean and sanitize.
  •          Hand sanitizers, gym equipment sanitizers, and other cleaning supplies will be available and recommended for use.
  •          All staff will have temperature checks and health screening before each shift. Staff will also wear masks at all times.

What you can do/bring when we regather?

  •          Cloth face coverings/masks are recommended while in our Sports & Fitness Center.
  •          Wash/sanitize hands before entering facility as well as during use of the facility.
  •          Wipe down equipment before and after use.
  •          Maintain the 6 feet social distance at all times. Please only exercise on designated equipment and respect all signage recommendations.
  •          Please stay home if you are experiencing fevers, experiencing Covid-19 symptoms (those can be found at www.cdc.gov ), or if someone in your household is ill or you have been in contact with someone who is ill.

What should I bring?

  •         Please bring your own towel(s), mat, water, etc. Access to lockers, vending and water fountain machines will be unavailable. Water filling stations will still be available.
  •         Cloth face covering or mask recommended.

What areas will be available?

  •         The cardio room, weight room, and track for walking only will be available for use at this time.
  •         Group fitness classes are available virtually and are available on our Facebook page. Staring Monday, July 6 we will aso offer limited in person classes in the gym. Online registration is required and is $2/class and is a very limited capacity. Register here
  •          Pickleball will return Monday, August 24 however due to limited space you must register online for a session. Pickleball sessions are $2/session. Register here
  •          Racquetball courts can be reserved by calling 253-8600 one day in advance. Courts have a 2 person max.
  •          Childcare is available by reservation only Monday- Thursday 9-11am. 

What facility areas will not be available for immediate use at this time?

  •         Gym courts for basketball, pickleball and volleyball as well as racquetball courts are closed at this time. Children's playroom, Game Room, and Food Court and all common areas will be closed.
  •         Towel service will be unavailable.
  •         Water fountains and vending will be unavailable.
  •         Locker rooms will be unavailable at this time.
