Mini-Marathon training is a program designed to help you train for the KDF Mini-Marathon. It is open to all fitness levels and is open to anyone in the community. We will train on our own during the week and come together on Saturday morning to train as a group. This group is perfect if you need accountability and encouragement.
Want to volunteer? We are looking for the following volunteers:
Group Leader: meet with your group each Saturday, talk about their progress, and encourage.
Volunteer: arrive prior to start time, check runners 'in'; be present at the end of the runs to hand out water and check runners 'back'.
